  • 2-step system requires Top Coat and Rust-Oleum Home Base Coat (sold separately)
  • For interior use on any bare, stained, sealed or previously coated surfaces such as ceramic tile, porcelain tile, concrete, hard wood, laminate, vinyl and linoleum
  • Water-Based formula that requires no stripping, sanding or priming
  • Apply Rust-Oleum home base coat, wait 6 hours, then apply Rust-Oleum home top coat, allow 24 hours following top coat application before walking on floor
  • Remove caulk and wax from floor before applying paint for best results
  • Maximum scratch and stain resistance optimizes the floor's appearance and durability
